Hi, I'm Nabi 👋

Friendly, reliable IT help for small businesses in the GTA.

Slow Wi-Fi, email headaches, a new hire who needs a laptop, or cameras that need setting up — I'll sort it out and explain it in plain English. No contracts, no jargon.

What I can help with

The everyday tech that keeps a small office running — set up properly once, so it stays out of your way.

Microsoft 365 & everyday support

Email, Teams, OneDrive, new staff setups, laptops and the "can you just look at this?" questions.

Wi-Fi & networking

Strong Wi-Fi in every corner, a separate guest network, and a setup that's secure — I work a lot with UniFi.

Backups, servers & cloud

Make sure your files are backed up and recoverable — Synology, Hyper-V, or moving things to the cloud.

Cameras, door access & security

Camera systems, door access control, and simple security wins like two-factor sign-in for everyone.

A bit about me

I work full-time in IT — supporting offices, networks and cloud systems every day — and I take on a small number of local clients on the side through Slash32.

That means you get someone with real, hands-on experience, without paying for a big managed-services contract. I keep my client list small on purpose so everyone gets proper attention.

I'm also the person behind SimplyExplainedIT, where I break down tech topics in plain language — and that's how I work with clients too.

Why "/32"?

In networking, a /32 is one single, exact address. That's the idea here — one person you can reach directly who knows your setup.

How it works

Simple and low-pressure.
